Would be very happy if someone can identify the brand of this Roman Tub hardware.

Hard to say because that spout and handle design is almost "generic" to several companies, and seeing the stem might not help much either because they also "share" stem designs.
 
Would that mean I should have no problem pulling the stem and pairing it with a replacement?
