Hello experts,
We have recently installed the neorest 500 in our masterbath and it seems to me that the "front wash" feature is not exactly how I remember it when I "test drove" it in a supply house showroom, it does not extend as far. TOTO tech support says the proper wand extension distance is about 3.5 inches, which mine is. Can anyone confirm that is the case? Seems like with front wash selected and position set as far front as possible on the remote, it is more like a middle wash
I'm not sure what to do next, I bought this from an internet supplier so have to rely on TOTO if this needs adjusting at all. thanks for the help
