need help!! - tightening in a confined space

Hello, I am attempting to install some new faucets for my bathroom sinks but have run into a problem with one of them. The sink is fairly large and rectangular in shape leaving only a small amount of room for me to work from the bottom side. I am having great difficulty tightening a nut with the tools I have at home.

I would greatly appreciate some suggestions... any plumbers on here?

I have attached a picture to help explain my problem. I have only been able to hand tighten up to now which is clearly not sufficient.

You need a basin wrench. They are sold by the big box hardware stores and most other hardware stores.
