We have a vanity in our bathroom with two faucets. One of them is just fine, but the other has no water pressure with either hot or cold. I'm not seeing any water leaking anywhere, but I'm not totally sure where to look. What could be my problem here, or what should I check for?

No water pressure would mean that no water comes out when you open the faucet.

If your problem is actually a lack of volume, then I would start by removing the aerator to see if it might be clogged with debris.

IF the flow remains the same regardless of whether you have either, or both, hot and cold, then the problem is in the faucet AFTER the handles, which in most cases means the aerator on the end of the faucet is obstructed. Remove it and either clean it, or preferably replace it.
