I have a new Kohler memoirs toilet with the class 5 flushing system. The toilet keeps running and there is no water in the tank. I jiggled the handle but nothing happens. How do I fix this?

If the water in the toilet is running, it must be going somewhere, and if its not the floor, then its going down past the flapper flush valve. Look at it and see if its seating properly
