Danze kitchen faucet leaking

I have a Danze 4565-SS kitchen faucet that recently started leaking. It is leaking where the main faucet column that is attached to the sink and the swivel handle meet. I have not figured out how to take these apart (if they do in fact come apart). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
