Help identifying Price Pfister faucet?

Hey all,

I stumbled onto this forum while searching for ways to identify my faucet and saw that you had helped someone else identify their Price Pfister faucet so I thought you might be able to help me as well. I've been all over the PP website trying to figure out what the faucet I have is and if I can find any parts for it without any success at all. Anyways, here's the faucet in question:



Clearly it's a Price Pfister faucet but I couldn't see any other identifying marks on it.

It is a 34 series Genesis.
