Ever seen this? Looking for replacement

This is drain tap from the faucet of the under the counter water filtration system. It's leaking slightly from the "quick connection" tube (3/8") on the right side. I can't find a replacement clamp anywhere in the local hardware stores (Lowes, Home Depot).

Any idea where I can purchase a replacement item?
