Shower cartridge identification help, Moen Posi-Temp

I've got a leaky bathtub faucet, and I'm trying to identify the cartridge. I thought it was a moen, and went and bought the two they had at the hardware store (1225 and 1200) neither of them were the right one. Now I'm wondering if it's even a moen cartridge. It's a single handle rotating faucet. the faceplate fits Moen's positemp sleave and the screws are in the 7 o'clock and 2 o'clock position Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers!

You need a 1222 Positemp cartridge. The 1200/1225 cartridges will not fit.
