i notice some water coming out beside my house foundation,i tried to flush with garden hose the storm drain but its cloc.is it possible the water come from the clog storm drain?
I'm not sure what you mean.. When I hear "storm drain" I think of the drains along the edge of a road that the curb and gutter drain into. It would not be normal for one to have a "storm drain" next to their home where I come from.
Do you have a foundation drain and sump pit, or are your roof's gutters piped to the city storm drain, or what is it that you are referring to?
Is there anywhere else it could have come from? If water is standing on the drain, then it is clogged. I don't know who handles the storm drains in Vancouver, but I'd call the city first. At least here they have a big ol' truck that is designed to clear these drains.
I think he is referring to either a roof drain or gutter downspout, and if so, YES, it could be clogged, but someone would have to see it to decide HOW to unclog it.
