no it is not. I found it on YouTube and thought it was dangerous and how easily the pipes could get messed up and wanted to know what other people opinions were or if they have seen this...
I think I'd be a lot more worried about digging up soil from underneath a slab and footing with no way of compacting the soil again... and a person working inside the sketchy tunnel...
