My toilet started to leak water into the bowl. I've heard this before I went to Lowe's and they didn't have the part. I had to order it on line. I bought 2 rubber sealers, I installed one and it worked until the toilet flushed and then it started leaking again. There is a groove, the rubber sealer has to go around, but for some reason when it flushes, it must move. Do I have to put sone kind of sealant around the groove?

The part you replaced is called the "flapper". Most likely you got the wrong flapper for your toilet. Flappers do not use a sealant.
