Toto Washlet has stopped working - any advice for fixing ?

Our Toto washlet Sw824 has been working fine for many years - then a few days ago, water stopped spraying from the wand (regardless of whether "front" or "rear" was selected). I cleaned the filter and checked that water is flowing to the washlet tank. The wand extends, but no water comes out. Has anyone had this problem ? Is there a way to take the wand apart to check for blockages ?
