How to delete a thread that I started

I started a thread that has a link that does not work and would like to delete it.
Can anyone tell me how I can delete my own thread?

It used to be, I don't know if it was just the moderators, but, you could delete your first post Clay, and it deleted the thread. If not, Terry will delete it for you, if you ask him.

I checked on my pc, and if you go to a "edit post" , you get a Delete post button if you're logged in; at least I do.

I take that back! if there are any replies to your post, the Delete button is not there.
