I don't know too much about these windows but are these low grade windows?
I'm leaning towards Simonton 9800 that I've used and I've also used Anderson 400 series. Since I'm looking for a good quality vinyl window is a Silverline a good quality vinyl window?

When I looked at replacement windows, I opted for a fiberglass one (Infinity) because of two things: it was available in an optional wood-grain interior, and the glass area was actually bigger than the wood-framed windows I took out (the fiberglass structure is MUCH stronger, and therefore can be made smaller to retain the glass area). Also, the fiberglass is so much closer to the expansion/contraction rates of the glass glazing, it puts much less stress on the glass envelope. Vinal replacement windows end up cutting the glass area, and are a lot less rigid (for example, the fiberglass windows are well locked with one clasp, where a vinal window almost always requires two).

If you go to your local lumber yard, chance are they have a window showroom and a knowledgable salesperson who can discuss the various windows. These days, you should for sure be looking for dual glazed, low E, etc. How easy they are to operate, etc. may be how one window varies from another.
