Hey folks,

Is the Toto supreme my only choice here?

1) Must fit under 30 inch banjo countertop.
2) ADA height seat.
3) Like to stay away from Kohler "lowboy" type toilets if possible :)

Thanks in advance!

Supreme II, ADA
Top of tank is 25-9/16"

You should check out the Toto Ultramax ADA. It is 29-1/4" high. Another choice would be the Toto Supreme ADA. It is only 25-1/2" high. Both of these measure 16-1/2" from the floor to the top of the bowl.

Banjo countertops were a bad idea from the git-go. But if you must stay with it, your toilet choices are limited, and if you want ADA bowl, I think that rules out any two piece toilets. That would require a total tank height including the lid and the tank to bowl gasket space, of under 13" .

Much Thank!

I figured that the Supreme would be my best bet. Thanks for the input.

Interesting comment, since the ONLY ADA toilets I have seen WERE two piece ones.

hj,
That may be true for you and your customers, but I sell and install lot's of one-piece ADA toilets.
Most of my one-piece toilets that I sell meet the ADA requirements.
Most of the older people are the ones with more money and they don't need to skimp on themselves.

I don't have "cheap" customers, but I cannot remember EVER installing a one piece ADA toilet.

Too bad.

I install them all the time. A real popular one is the TOTO Ultramax II. 28-3/4" to top of tank and it's ADA.
For working on the insides, you gain 2" with the tank lid off.

This won't fit under a banjo top, but it's pretty nice.

This one is also ADA, with the top of the lid coming in at 28"

Toilet for Banjo top

Hi Can someone suggest a good toilet either 16-17 " from floor to seat that when the seat is in the up position it fits under 34" banjo top and you can still get into tank for repairs? Thanks

Whatever toilet you install should have enough clearance that you can replace the flush valve when you need to. Having something that clears the underside of the countertop by a couple of inches would mean pulling the toilet or at least removing the tank if you have to do any maintenance.
