14 trillion is not a real number. If you gathered all the hard cash in the world, not just ours but everybody's you cound not come up with 14 trillion dollars. 14 trillion is not a real number, it is a political concept.

If you kill 96 people, its a BIG newsmaker for years.

Kill 14 trillion people or 15,000 in a ocean wave, and you hardly get a documentary about it after a week.

Slut kills baby, and you get 2 years of nightly pundits replaying it. And she goes free anyway. People are nuts.

I suspect that killing 14 trillion people would wake folks up.

Well, I dunno. I figure at more than 2000x the Earth's population, there wouldn't be anyone left to care. :)

Now we have the final solution!

Glen Beck won't have an audience, and Nancy Grace can snarl her twisted lips on another channel in the nether world.

And no more infrastructure to worry about fixing.

and if the government did not spend any more money next year than it did last year in 10 yrs you would "cut" 10 trillion from the budget. This baseline budget is crazy. No one in the real world has built in budget increases and then cry's cut if your budget doesn't increase as much as it was scheduled to increase. Lets use real world dollars not political dollars.

If you had a dollar a day for every day the earth has been the earth you would only have about 4.6 billion
Starting to get some feel for how much 14 trillion really is? It's a non number, an ethereal entity with no form or substance. A veritable episode from the twilight zone.

Yeah, but it's not that bad.

I say Americans should dig deeper for the things they take for granted.

If you weren't all so opposed to big Government and taxes we wouldn't be in this mess.

Build the roads. Teach the kids. Heal the sick. Tax the rich. It's not rocket science.

Mr and Mrs Big Bucks are just gonna have to pay their fair share.

Why is the poor guy in this country always looking out for the rich?
