Hi All,

This is my first post. I tried searching the history to see if anyone else has posted in regards to this problem, but did not find anything... Hoping someone can help!

We recently installed (not DIY - hired a plumber to install) 4 AS Studio toilets. Within 2 or 3 uses, the seats have all become loose and started shifting. They have the "detachable" seat with the little clip in order to pop off the seat for easy cleaning. (I thought this was a great feature, until we tried to straighten and tighten the seats). They are super fiddly to get straight, and we can't seem to get them tight enough that they don't shift and move out of place after 1 or 2 uses. HELP! I figure this can't be an isolated defective seat, since all 4 toilets are doing the same thing!

Any solutions for how to get the seat aligned and tightened so it doesn't come loose and shift??

THANK YOU!!!

Beth
