We have two (2) ADA Vortens - each 1 year old. (Also have a Kohler that's 27 years old).
The Vortens are a comfortable sitting height and only rarely require a double flush. However, the glazing on both Vortens toilets is below substandard - solid waste sticks to the bowl, above and below the water line, as if it were cement. The bowls have to scrubbed (and scrubbed) at least once, sometimes several times per week. The 27 yr old Kohler does not require scrubbing to remove solid waste.
