it's used in radiant everyday. is it legal in ca.residental? i would think it would be nice for a re-pipe thank's tool

I believe that it is approved on a city by city basis in CA.

the cross linkused in radiant sure is tough

I bleieve it is all cross linked which is why it is PEX. The difference is an oxygen barrier.
