If a solar collector is mounted on the ground and there is a horizontal (inclinded) piping run of 25' (each for supply and return) then a vertical run of 10' to the water heater tank....will the water still move adequately ? Are there limits ?? Thanks.

Yes, There are limits. You can do the math. At sea Level you may be close to the limit.
Depends on the temperature of the output, and other unknown variables.

Im having trouble finding suitable info online regarding this , so, let me know if you happen to find something. Thanks. Or...ill just to have install it and find out by trial and error.

Hot liquid rises and you can apply the simple laws.
But you are correct "ill just to have install it and find out by trial and error."
There are a lot of variables in the equation.
But can be done. Add a pump if need be.
