I have what looks like a 2" pipe coming from my well casing in my yard but the pump has the two plastic lines (like in a jet pump) going into a hard tile in the garage floor. How is it possible that these two lines , one 1.5" and one 1.25" in diameter manage to enter the well casing below ground and fit into this 2" casing? I understand that there could be some sort of adapter beow ground but it doesnt seem possible that there's room for these two lines and a foot valve in this casing. Is it possible that I actually have a 4"well casing but there's only a 2.5" pipe on top? anyone seen this before?

You only need one line going down a 2" well. The single line going in is your suction line, and then the space between the suction line and the casing acts as the second line. The drive line sends pressure back down the well, between the casing and the suction line, to drive the jet.
