Toilet is sweating with the humidity. Any insulator recommendations or brands I shouldn't get? Probably going to Lowes or HD.

I'm assuming you have an old toilet that empties its entire tank of 3 or more gallons of water when flushed. This means the entire refill is going to be cold water. Now an insulated tank may help with the condensation problem, but perhaps it's time to upgrade your toilet for the 21st century. Modern low flow toilets use 1.6 gallons of water per flush and some even as little as 1.28 gallons. Moreover, they only use about half of the tank. Assuming the water in the tank has reached room temperature prior to the flush, this means only 1.6 gallons of new cold water will be added to refill the tank. This mixes with the half tank of room temperature water so the condensation problem is greatly reduced, usually eliminated. The only toilets being sold in the US now are low flow. However, all low flow toilets are not created equal. The toilets sold in the Big Box Stores are mostly builder grade which while fairly cheap, do not perform well. The best performance toilets are in the Toto line. Descriptions of them are found elsewhere on this forum. They are available from plumbers either from their stock or by order. The Eco Drake is a very popular model, but all of the Toto line are superior performers.

If you already have a modern 1.6 GPF toilet I would check it for leaks from the tank to the bowl.

Just bought it last year at Lowes. Kohler, nice unit. Low flush 1.6. There is moisture/condensation all around the lower portion -where the tank water is. No leaks, brand new, can see the moiture dripping off.

It may be leaking from the flapper.
If it's not leaking, then the water in the tank will warm up. With a new toilet, a flush only uses some of the water in the tank.
You can check for a leak with food coloring in the tank.
