I am putting in hot water baseboard heat in my home. What size of baseboard and how many do I need for each room? Each room is approx. 144-192 Square feet. One room is 320 square feet. Each room has 1-2 windows. Plus there are 2 interior bathrooms with no windows. Would I need baseboard in these? Is there a formula or something to go by when figuring the length of baseboard needed to heat a room? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Most heating guys will just look at a space and come up with a plan. However, there is actually a bit of science involved. You can do a heat loss calculation to figure out how many btu's are required to achieve a specific heat rise. This will help size your boiler and determine how much baseboard you need. Do a web search for "heat loss calculation" and you should probably find a few that will work.
If you want to have a heating system that does not do its job, do it the way you seem to want to. You have to figure out the number of windows, and their sizes, which walls are exterior ones and their dimensions, any outside doorways, the amount of insulation, the boiler water temperature, etc. Once you know all the variables and put them into the proper equation, then you will know how much baseboard each room needs.

Do a google search for Manual J This is the way to calculate heat and cool requirements.
