Hi, everyone, I need some advice on selecting toilet (very light usage) for basement.

The attributes I am looking for are: easy to install (since I am going to do it myself), reliable, and modestly priced. Could you give some recommendations?

A toilet does not care whether it gets light usage or not. Either it works or it doesn't, and that means every time. The degree of difficulty for installing them is the same unless you spend a lot more and get a one piece and then they are harder because they are heavier.
