I am trying to add a sink/garbage disposal/drain to a kitchen where it did not exist prior to this rehabilitation project. I have sketched out a plan and am not sure if this will work. Any thoughts/comments are appreciated in advance.

You need to make sure the drain in the wall is low enough.
For a 7" sink, you will need a height of 19"
For a 10" deep sink, more like 16"

there is not an existing drain through the wall, the old location of the sink had an "s"trap and drained to the main stack about 15' away
