Sewer backs up in my bathtub

I live on the ground floor of a three story condo building. sewer backs up in my bath tub and kitchen sink . Is there a sewer backflow preventer that can be installed either in my unit or in the wall where my drain meets the drain from the second floor.

You need to clear the lines. That should take care of it.
