What clear silicone for around glass shower door do you recommend?

Hi there,

I have decided my glass shower door (with one "sidelight") has got to come up, get one heck of a scrubbing and then go back in and get re "caulked" because the clear caulk/silicone around it is GROSS! I have the drip edge off and figured out what kind of new clear sweep I need on the door so I'm off to Home Depot for that. Wondering what kind of silicone/caulk you recommend for around the door area. I know it should have a mildewcide in it.
