I'm replacing carpet in my bathrooms and would like to replace the Briggs comodes that are 10 yrs old (one has a hairline crack - the other is fine). They function fine. I want something economical as I will be selling my home in the next few years. Looking for a helpful opinion.

I have my best luck out of the box with the Toto Drake.
For less money, you can look at the Cadet 3, just pull the pieces from the box and take a look before you bring them home.
I don't do that with the Toto, so it grades up a bit better with me.
It means no call backs.
