Sorry if I am not using the right terms.
We are relocating the kitchen in our house from the front to the back. There is a new drain with venting added for the kitchen waste supply that goes to the roof which is inside the framing. which is besides the new window. The sink is centered to the window and the contractor says per code the waste supply pipe from the sink to the vent and drain supply pipe will be outside and has to make holes in the cabinet (2 feet from the vent supply to the sink) and claims this is how new houses are built. Is this true?
Thanks
