Permanent Removal of Toilet

When a toilet is no longer needed what needs to be done to seal the drain? I am converting an unneeded bathroom with a concrete floor into a storage area.

Is there a “cap” available to seal the flange? Or does something more permanent need to be done? Thank you in advance for the help.

Some put newspaper in the the line and cement them over.

Or you could find a mechanical plug for it.
