Aquia Wall-Hung Dual-Flush Toilet

Newbie here, first post.

I saw this on the Toto website, and fell in love with the idea of being able to clean around this toilet. Is there a big downside to this type of setup?

Not so much a "downside", but a wall hung must have a thicker than normal back wall to provide space for the drain, and there has to be very sturdy wall studs to hold the toilet up. In other words, a retro-fit may not be possible without extensive remodeling. If it is new construction, then pre-planning the installation would take care of these problems. It would pretty much mean that in the future, a new toilet would have to be wall hung also unless extensive drain modifications were made.
