Grunfos pump question

A friend of mine wants to sell me a submersible pump with a Grunfos MS402 motor. How are these motor rated against a Franklin motor? I need your opinions guys.

Like Fords vs Chevrolets, they are about the same! I've used Grundfos and Franklin and they are both fine. What's your preference?
