I don't understand Hippies in America

The 1960s on the West Coast seems to have been a fantastic part of American history (at least until Reagan tried to bust it.....the party pooper).

What happened is they all became real estate salepersons and loan brokers, and took their ethics system to a new high by creating the crash that we all suffer from today.

Um no... That was caused by Regan relaxing the regulations that "Big Government" imposed on the financial industry following The Wall Street Crash of 1929 and The Great Depression. Some lessons have to be learned several times before it sinks in.
