how about a small sawblade on a 5' arbor with a drill. have to make it...
do it thru a hole in a board set on the casing so the drill doesnt hop around. hold it down and ride the chuck on the plate.

be sure it all does not drop in the hole.

There is a special tool made to cut PVC Well casing from the inside but it is expensive. Most drillers do not have one.

Thanks, know about the drill setup doesent wroke so good. I have used a die grinder set into a 3'' pvc pipe and lowerd down 5' to cut it off. I just wonderd if someone had a better setup. Cutting the pvc out so the pump setter can put pittles on. we have steel surface casing, Thanks

Yep, Steel and PVC casing is a bad idea by the state regulators.
