Need Toto Replacement Flapper

I need a replacement flapper for my Toto toilet tank, and don't know the model number of the toilet. It's a two piece, however, and inside the tank top, there is the number SW 723 CRJ.

This is what it looks like.

Korky makes a replacement 1.6 gallon flapper that works. It's just a generic part.
What you have is the old TOTO Promenade with the 2" flush valve.

replacement tank lid

Hi,
I need to buy a replacement lid for the same Toto toilet- the broken lid says SW 723 CRJ and inside the tank it says ST723. I found a lid online that says SW 723 but it looks different from what I have... will it still fit?
