Older Friedrich Grohe bath sink faucet repair

Have 3 older model Grohe bath sink faucets with single swing handle. One faucet has developed a stiff handle and started leaking near the top when turned on. How do I take this faucet apart and replace what I assume is a degraded washer? I have never worked on a Grohe faucet before.
