Toilet and tank were re stapled [ obvious new staples don't line up ] It's installed and works fine, no damage. Was this a re conditioned toto ? Any ideas welcome thanks Tool

I've never heard of "reconditioned".
I do know that all of the boxes from Thailand were re-stapled.
I just assumed they were putting English instructions in the box.
Either that or customs was looking for drugs.
