help identify the shower trim from photos

Can someone help identify type of shower trim and handle? I do not have the old shower trim and handle and have hard time picking the right ones..

Pride Pfister brand, Avante model. Home Depot has them in their parts department.

The stem loooks like price/pfister avante ( 09 valve ) but your body looks like it may be damaged. http://parts.bdhhi.com/PDF/09series-1.pdf
