macerating toilet, standard discharge

Ok forum. I am desperate for a solution for my office building. We have a toilet on the 3rd floor that keeps backing up and needs to be snaked. I believe there is something wrong with the line, probally a tight bend or something... Anyway, I am thinking about a macerating toilet. I am however looking for one that has the normal discharge on the bottom that you would use a standard wax ring on.

Does such a toilet exist?

You need to address the cause of the back up. Even if there is a toilet like what you want to try, it would not cure the problem. Get a licensed plumber to snake the drain and toilet. If the toilet is no good, get a Toto to replace it.
