Slow Flushing Toilet

My toilet has recently began to flush very slowly...there is no "swush" at the end. This is not happening in both baths, just one. Is there something I can try before I call a plumber?

Check to make sure for proper operation inside the tank, take a 5 gallon bucket of water and dump it down the toilet bowl; if it takes the water with no problems.....that isolates the problem to the inside of tank/bowl rim jets.

If you use "Blue" disks in your tank, remove them, flush the toilet several times to clean out any residue and see if that clears up the problem.
