installing new water system and need help

I just had a 475' well drilled. The water level is at 300'. I plan on pumping water into a 1500 gal storage tank and then using a jet pump to fill the pressure tank. I am not sure what size submersible pump to use or the best way to set up my system. Any suggestions?
