Can you help me identify this frost-proof faucet?

As you can see in the picture, I need to find a vacuum breaker repair kit for this frost-proof faucet. However, I am under the impression that these kits are brand specific and not one-size-fits-all. I have not had any luck trying to identify this faucet. Can you help me?

It belatedly occured to me to look at the one on the front of the house (dooh!). It is a NIBCO Figure 90, easily identified by the number on the (missing on this one) plastic cap. Since it is out of production and parts are getting scarce, I ordered several repair kits when I finally located a source.
