I am in need of a toilet I can install in a bathroom that has limited head room because of the roofline. Need something low to the floor but has the waste exit back far enough to clear a floor joist below. Any suggestions on a lower than standard elongated toilet?

Thanks

They do not make them because you might be the only one who needs such a toilet and the cost of producing one, or even a few toilets would be prohibitive.

They make children's toilets which are lower, but for adults you just might as well put in a Japanese hole in the floor. Many of us have enough trouble getting up off a 14" toilet! Did the inspector improve a toilet location where the user was going to bump his head?

I am not worried about an inspector....the beauty of an Unorganized Township!

I would not call having a toilet in an unusable location "beauty". I would call it lack of oversight. Even the Kindergarten toilets, which are only about 11" high do not have a real elongated model. Their elongated is almost the size of a conventional round front adult bowl.
