The Totos were delivered today! Thanks everyone for all the help I received here before!
NOW...
What items do I need to pick up at the hardware store to have ready for the "handyman" to install these? I have 3 of them going in.
Also, I am having him install 2 sink faucets. Do I need to have anything for that to? Like Plumber's Putty?
Thanks so much!!

Most of the time, we use two wax rings if the flange is lower than the finished floor, new brass closet bolts, double nut and washer prefered and 12" stainless braided supply. The most common being 3/8"comp by 7/8"

lavs, supply tubes, p-trap
If the sink is china, steel you can use plumbers putty.
If it's marble or stone, then you would use Silicone.
Plumbers putty has oil in it that will "wick" into the stone products.

Umm... the instructions in that "Toilet Installation" link (here: http://terrylove.com/forums/showthread.php?t=743&highlight=installing+cst744s ) start with assembling the tank to the bowl, then skip to crackin' a cold one and enjoying the new toilet. It kind of needs to cover installing the bowl to the floor, dontcha think?

Peace,
