4 inch casing 10ft down to top of pump, wires are 3ft down from top of casing. Made a few attempts with fishing devices. What to do?

Around here we have folks that walk on their knuckles and their forearms are about 5 feet long. They could just grab the rig and pull.

Not quite what I was hoping for. Maybe a little more specific. Have spent 16 plus hours trying to hook my pump, wires, broken well pipe. I think I'll call an expert.

A corkscrew device, like the one on my sewer cleaning cable would snag the wire and grab it so you could pull it out.
