Best Way???

I have a tub I wish to install. There is a drain line from an existing shower I tore out and am replacing and then the 4" main drain and also a toliet drain. Do I have to break the concrete and tie into one of these drains or can this be tied into the main floor drain above the concrete? getting away from the jackhammer is my goal. Any pictures or diagrams greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

The only way the drain can be installed without busting the floor up would be to raise it on a platform and set a tee off of the drain, still need to vent the fixture. Raising the tub wouldn't be my first way to go. Definitely shows a shortcut in the finished product.
