My sister is replacing her toilets with ADA toilets since our Mom is going to live with her. My question is what is the tallest ADA toilet? I have a TOTO and it is 17 at the bowl and 18.25 with the seat. Are there any that are taller?

I think ADA heights are pretty standard. Stay with Toto, these are the best functioning toilets.

With Toto any toilet with "L" ie: CST744SL at the end of the code is 16-1/2" and any code that has "F" at the end would be 16-1/8" ie: CST734F.
Now the ADA (American Disabilties Act) rating is a toilet including a seat with a height of between 17-19" high, so depending on the thickness of the seat both heights can be ADA.
They used to make toilets with a height of 17 or 18" not including a seat years ago because the plumbing code book was printed up and it should have read including a seat but was not, so the manufactuers starting making them at the height until they found the mistake and no they are 17-19" including a seat.
