Rti heat pex

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a callback on rti heat pex or how i can find the company.
My heat pex has been popping holes everywhere. I put it in about 9 years ago and never had a problem till now.

There was no recall of RTI pipe not that it matters, RTI was a company owned by Wirsbo, that closed it, which Wirsbo later became Uponor.
