Gary sure knows what he is talking about, I have Clack WS1 softener setup that I purchased from another company. It wasnt softening like it should have, well when I called them for help, they were clueless!! After reading some posts from Gary and doing some research, I gave him a call, and he walked me step by step through getting my Clack setup the right way.
